My Inner Bookworm Self

The recent events have really made me think twice abt certain things happening in my life...
Yes, what i am referring to is Cheryl and her situation as well as "The Phantom Of The Opera"....
As much as it has affected cheryl.. it has affected me... i feel what she feels... coz i have been thru what she has been thru.. and there is no way to escape the evil feeling of unwanted-ness....nth would be said of what happened..but i truly realise something in life...ppl can be cruel and kind at the same time...i had ever once sat in front of my TV watching "Under The Tuscan Sun" and even taking some paper and pen to copy down quotes to help me cope with my breakup... it was the only way i stayed sane... at least i knew i wasn't alone and that it was normal that everyone experienced it...

As for " The Phantom Of The Opera" i'm so crazy over it.. i watched the dvd five times and got my mum to buy me the soundtrack.. haha and i have already reserved the book in my sch library... i just love the whole plot and originality of it... simply the perfect book! haha...if this is not crazy enough... i asked my cousin about the opera lessons she was taking with singapore lyric opera... and i am thinking of signing up for it...

Come to think of it.. i did have so crazy weirdo moment... i remembered i watched this show called "Stand By Me" and fell in love with the lead actor.. only knowing that he had already died of some drug problem 10years ago...but i would find out everything there was about him on the net... and i found out that he lived in a forest with his whole family in a trailer when he was a teen... the guy's name is River Phoenix...

I'm currently reading this book called "Catcher In The Rye" it is not very interesting and i'm pushing myself to finish it.. before this i was reading " The Life And Death Of Adolf Hilter" i only bothered with the part on how he killed himself...but my favorite book is still " Flowers In The Attic" that is another obsession of mine...

And strangely both "The Phantom Of The Opera" and "Flowers In The Attic" are rumored to be based on true accounts.. even though they r shelved under books of fiction... there really was a disfigured man living in the dark waters under the opera house and there really were these children who spend their childhood locked up in the attic till they became teens... i just found these out.. all on the net..

My inner bookworm is showing its true self.. i better fly! Ciao!
